(my fat was bad bad fat) I ate a Big Mac and Fries (BUT.....took a meat outta the big mac. I cheated and I just HAD TO.....also ate 2 chocolate marshmallow eggs...cuz, well you know, it's THAT TIME for me (women).

Are you wanting to know as far as calories calculations go? You didn't go over, I wouldn't fret about 35 left over calories. I like to leave myself a little "wiggle" room if you will in case I didn't measure portion size exact, etc. I personally don't pay attention to the carb/protein/fat count for 2 reasons #1 I eat pretty clean(no bad stuff except on my cheat day) and #2 it is all about using more calories than you consume PERIOD , as far as weight loss is concerned. If you are diabetic or have other health issues and have a restricted diet it may be an issue. In the big picture that much fat(trans and saturated) is so not good for your heart, cholesteral, etc.
"Keep it simple" if you get 1350 calories then eat 1350 calories, or as close as you can, worry about the other stuff later.
