Hi. I cook raw chicken in with my rice a lot. As long as it's a cut that will cook through in the time it takes your rice to cook (e.g. chopped chicken breast), it'll be fine. But if it's say a thigh on the bone, it would probably take longer to cook than the rice. Hope this helps.

Can't recommend Jillian Michaels highly enough. Any of hers would be good but 30 Day Shred has a nice mix of cardio & strength, and it's only 20 minutes long. Hi! Unless it states "cooked pasta" it's usually raw weight. It's confusing isn't it? I think pasta roughly doubles in weight when cooked and rice roughly multiples by two thirds, e.g. 50g raw = 150g cooked.
