Tasty and Healthy meals for Dinner time

I would love some tasty and nutritious meals for dinner time. I have a NUT ALLERGY and I do not eat Pasta or Pizza type meals as they aggravate my stomach condition so I would love some help with some new ideas.

    How about some chicken - open up in half and stuff with low fat soft cheese with garlic and herbs, top with a slice of tomato and bake in the oven - serve with a load of veg or salad.
  • Try www.bbcgoodfood.com - I use this site all the time, and they have a "healthy recipe" section or you can type in an ingredient. All the recipes have full nutritional information. HTH!

    Another bbcgoodfood.com fan here. I've cooked quite a few meals from the healthy section. All store cupboard ingredients, and very easy to cook!

    Agree about bbcgoodfood.com - loads of good ideas - including another favourite of ours - Summer in winter chicken. Cook some chicken breasts, when ready, add 3 tblpsn low fat creme fraiche and 3tbspns pesto. Add 250g cherry tomatoes cut in half until they soften. Quick and easy.
