Try www.bbcgoodfood.com - I use this site all the time, and they have a "healthy recipe" section or you can type in an ingredient. All the recipes have full nutritional information. HTH!0

Agree about bbcgoodfood.com - loads of good ideas - including another favourite of ours - Summer in winter chicken. Cook some chicken breasts, when ready, add 3 tblpsn low fat creme fraiche and 3tbspns pesto. Add 250g cherry tomatoes cut in half until they soften. Quick and easy.0
