  • Day 43 - Max Cardio Conditioning complete. It was definitely a bit easier than the first time I did it. Starting to get tired of Insanity though. I will try my best to stick with it for the next 20 days.

  • I did day 10 Plyometric Cardio Circuit but I was not happy about it. I really lacked the energy to keep up with the circuit today. I did it but not with as much excitement as the other days. Hopefully having a recovery day tomorrow will help recharge me.

  • Week 2 Day 8 - Cardio Power and Resistance complete. I can do more power jumps but can't do the moving push-ups. I just do regular push-ups on my knees. I feel great though!
  • Day 6 - plyometric cardio circuit done. The last circuit with the ski abs and in and outs was still really hard for me. Looking forward to my day off tomorrow. In regards to the diet I'm eating about 1600-1700 calories a day of healthy lean meats, fruit and veg (usually about 300-400 calories per meal x 4)
  • Completed Day 5 (Pure Cardio) today and woke up to a 2 lb loss on the scale. This week I upped my calories about 300 more than I was eating before.   • Just checking in with you girls to make sure you are all motivated and ready to finish this 12 week challenge strong. Even though I won't hit my original goal in 3 weeks I am going to try and lose 6 lbs. Any loss is still a victory!
  • I'm not going to make my goal weight either. I originally wanted to lose 25 lbs in 12 weeks which was a bit aggressive. My weight loss has slowed down. I've lost 13 lbs in 9 weeks which is about 1.5 lbs/week so I'd be happy if I lost 5 more lbs by the end of the 12 weeks.
