Today I'll be doing 25 mins on 12 resistance on the AMT machine, 15 mins of brisk walking on an uphill incline (maybe 7.0 or so) and 15 minutes of moderate intensity cycling (random, level 12). Might slot some resistance training in and a 5 minute row as well if I'm feeling up to it

Google converted mLs to fluid oz for me ;) I drink around 4 - 5 25 oz bottles per day. I don't really drink anything else (not a huge tea/coffee consumer, don't like soft drinks, might occasionally have juice but only if I go out of my way to buy it) so that's pretty much all of my regular pure liquid consumption haha

I'm 21, started with around 155 to lose and have lost about 50 so far. It's been slow going lately, but I'm trying to get back to working as hard as I used to when I started, so I figured I'd check what's going on on the forums haha

I have a lot left to lose and I eat most of my exercise calories back. I don't use the MFP figures for exercise as I think they majorly overshoot he mark - I use a mixture of HRM, apps and machine counters to get a decent approximation of how much I've burned and put that in instead (the figures are usually around 2/3 -…

MFP itself suggests that anything under 1200 calories per day is pretty dangerous, and I'm inclined to agree. Do you know your BMR and TDEE?
