Get a good night's sleep, stretch well, drink plenty of water, eat some complex carbs and protein, and have fun! I've done four now and I am hooked! And the chewing gum thing is the best advice! I don't run without it!

haha no don't even notice since our dogs do it in our yard anyways. I walk them around the block to the edge of town by the farmer's fields most of the time so they go there instead of in anyone else's yard tho.

I've tried several kinds, but like it best when I add my own granola and fresh blueberries or raspberries. YUM!

I'd suggest more lean protein. Seems like you have a lot left over in the protein area. Protein keeps you fuller and helps with your muscle too:smile:

I've been running for about 2 months. I hadn't ran since highschool (which was decades ago omg). I love it! UNTIL last week my heel started hurting something aweful! :sad: I think it's that planters faciitious or whatever. Boooooo!
