I really enjoy the whole wheat low carb wraps or flat bread for wraps with chicken or turkey with guacamole or spinach. Mmmmm

I bought a nutri bullet about a month ago and have been having a delicious time making a variety of healthy fruit, yogurt and protein smoothies. My husband even enjoys the strawberry, banana and yogurt smoothie.

I try to keep my breakfast low just so there are extra calories left for a treat later.

Totally agree with the no touching babies or prego bellies. I would cringe when people would stroke my child's hair, touch them or in my son's case he would get his little cheeks pinched by total strangers. People please be considerate.

To each his/her own calorie goal, I've been doing 1200 for 3 months and it's working for me.

I use a Polar HRM with chest strap, I feel it's quite accurate since you input all your stats. Would love to use the calories burned indicated on MFP but they are over estimated compared to my HRM. FitBit or HRM It's all a personal preference.
