Thank you .i have invested in a slow cooker to make sure i eat enough. Its so easy in uni to miss meals. Also have bought some protein powder to add to my healthy eating to make sure i am geting enough. The next part is joining gym classes because i live on campus theres hardly any walking to do :(

I have lost nearly 10pounds (i am only tracking my weight on mfp once a month) i see no physical difference however some of my jeans were to tight but now they fit , mabey you have something you could try on that was a bit tight to see if you feel a difference?

this is how I have started MFP and have to say its working for me I eat what I fancy, don't feel bad and still loose weight :) its the best 'diet' ever ha ha

I am new to this to but have to say its so easy to keep track and really motivating (have only been doing it 3 days so far ) :)
