I started mfp in january and i was doing great. Then there was a loss in the family and then moving to uni. I have decided to start again but need to break the cravinags and tirednes any tips ?
I have torn the ligament in my right ankle Would realy like any excercise advice as i have been told today it would be weeks untill it heals (its allready been 8 weeks) I go swimming twice a week but would like to be able to do other things , anything realy. :)
