I eat 1300 calories I hardly ever eat my workout calories I usually net around 800 or more calories on food depending on how much I workout.

I'm doing Hiit for cardio since its too cold to run right now. I'm using dumbbells in my strength training. I do total body strength training.

Thanks everyone. I've been doing 3 days a week of Strength training and 2 days of cardio and one day of yoga. I know I'm going to have to be patient. Its just so hard to do sometimes. Thanks for the advice again and I'll definitely use it. ;)

When I did Insanity that happened to me too. But mine was because my body was holding on water because I wasn't drinking enough. Your calories should be good since your suppose to eat a higher calorie limit. Just make sure drink plenty of water and watch your sodium and you'll won't be so bloated.

I'm 35% Carbs/35% Protein/30% Fat and it's been really working for me very well. I don't get all the way up to protein with recomended amount but I try to goal myself to get it up to 100g at least.
