Looking for active Accountability
Hi I'm JoHannah, 23, 5'3 with a 2 1/2 month old son. I've already lost 20.6 pounds since having my son I'm looking to lose 32 more pounds to get to my goal weight. I'm looking for someone who is very active on MFP to keep me accountable. Things I do for fitness: Jog, Beachbody programs and Strength Training.

How to lose body fat?
Hi I'm trying to lower my body fat down to 15-20% I workout at least 5x a week: 3 days of strength training (35 minutes or more) 2 days of cardio (no more than 45 minutes). I eat 1300 calories a day. Can you guys give me any advice to lower my body fat? I'm at a 26% currently.

How to keep up with my weight loss while sick
Ok so I've had this sinus cold for 3 or 4 days now. I can't work out at all for not having any energy to do it. I haven't lost any appetite since I've gotten sick. If I continue to eat my calorie limit of 1300 calories on mfp will I still lose weight?

What do I need to do to get abs
Ok I got the workout covered. I want some flat abs but what do I need to do in my nutrition? I know everyone saws Abs are made in the kitchen. So what do I need to eat and not eat to get abs. I know soda and junk/sweet food are a no-no.

How to perk your butt from a flat butt
Ok I am sick of having a flat butt. I'm almost 22 years old and I would like to have a perkier butt! Can you guys give me any pointers on how to get there. Thanks
