How to keep up with my weight loss while sick

Ok so I've had this sinus cold for 3 or 4 days now. I can't work out at all for not having any energy to do it. I haven't lost any appetite since I've gotten sick. If I continue to eat my calorie limit of 1300 calories on mfp will I still lose weight?

If you stick to your calorie goal with zero exercise, you will still lose the projected amount of weight.

The goal MFP gives you includes a calorie deficit.

When you are sick the best thing to do is working on getting well. Your body needs rest and time to heal. Don't worry about the weight loss, as long as you are living a healthy lifestyle you'll be fine. Just don't let the illness derail you forever - get well and get back on it!

    Hope you feel better soon!

Give your body what it needs to recover. Eat sensibly, drink plenty of water, and get some rest. Let whatever you have run its course before you try to work out again. Not only will it probably make you feel worse if you try to work out when you're still sick, but you could also share your germs.

Just remember chocolate cream pie does not cure anything.

A Nice vegetable and chicken soup with garlic, cayenne and ginger is great for the sinuses, tasty, satisfying and nutritious.
