I completely understand. The toothpaste and toilet paper work on me the worst. In fact I've been known to change the roll in other people's homes or in public places. I probably shouldn't but I just can't help it. :)

I find that to be one of the greatest victories. I can't wipe the smile off my face when my clothes loosen up. Congrats!!

I've been enjoying whole grain oats (just the generic great value brand from walmart). I put a little fruit in it, usually frozen blueberries or peaches along with some cinnamon. It's inexpensive, only takes 3 minutes in the microwave and it's tastey. Occasionally I add a bit of honey.

Maybe this is wierd, but I enjoy taking a bite of celery and a bite of an almond at the same time....do they make almond butter?

I love talapia simply baked with lemon juice ....delicious and I don't think it needs alot on it Salmon I prefer with some type of mustard(preferably spicey for me) sauce on top no specific recipes...I really just wing it when I cook anything...but maybe that'll give you an idea
