Thanks for the info...I already know what it was though :) My question was what to do on days when you just dont make it to 1200 calories and ways to help me stabilize my calories intake on those days avoiding what you described. Appreciate it though...

Thats a great idea....alot of it is because the foods I choose...I need more bulkier choices that are healthy...I love peanut butter...wish I had some right now...I will add it to my list :) Thank you

Its day 18! So far Ive lost 7.2 lbs!!! YAY! I want to at least two more pounds before December 1st! Nov SW: 246.4 CW: 239.2 I hope we are doing a December chanllenge! Have a great Thanksgiving!

Im so late but I want to join! I would like to lose 8 lbs this month Nov SW 246.4 CW 240.8 GW 238.4 2.4 pounds to go! :) Goal would be to eat clean for the ENTIRE month and exercise 6x/week...even on Thanksgiving! Though I will enjoy food I will not go over my calorie limit.

I love Zumba for Wii and Wii Fit!!! They are fun! They combine fun games and a calorie burn. I dont know if I would completely rely on them for all of my weight loss needs but they are definitely good for a nice sweat! I would recommend them.

I know what you mean by the water....but honestly you may feel liek you need a break from it but your cells and all of your body function NEVER can take a break. It was hard at first...doing just juice....but its doable. Im fine now. I only do juice only for five days. I do a 5-5-5. Five days of eating and juicing followed by five days of just juicing then back to eating and juicing. This is my first round of 15 days. Im going to repeat this process until Thanksgiving!
