I understand @energy820! My starting weight was 357. To get under 300 was huge. I'm hobbling along to the 260's myself! I'm in the 270's right now. :) I have a kind of geeky goal. I want to get small enough to fit into Star Trek: TOS Blue Science Officer's Dress. :)

What's SP? Oh, and when it comes to trying for accuracy on Net Carbs, MFP can be bad about that as well. It'll round up on carbs; so I dual log here and on My Fat Secret as it goes into decimal points to give me a more accurate measure. It can be harder to input things on MFS, but I prefer the accuracy.

I'm just starting out on Atkins 20 and finding this to be very true right now. I'm quite enjoying experimenting with all this "forbidden" stuff. It's rather nice. I have flavor exploding everywhere again. It's nifty.

I have an NSV. I managed to walk up the Hill of Wind Stealing without stopping. It's this massive hill that you encounter on the way back from Walgreens by where I live. It basically runs for almost three blocks. It's not steep the entire way, but still going up hill for about a 1/4 of a mile is not fun. And I did it!
