I struggle with depression. My diagnosis though is schizoaffective bipolar type. I've been in a depressed episode since about September. My eating has been everywhere.

Thank you both. I managed to get through without a binge. I counted out the 41 pretzel sticks to a serving and stuck with them. Calorie wise I ended up right where I needed to be. You are right about how I react to this one impacting the next one and on it goes forming a cycle. Thank you both.

I have hypo as well. I don't know of any specific for it other than hypothyroidism. Mine was caused by lithium. I was recently put on it again in February and it again left its mark on my thyroid. I am losing weight with a fair amount of effort, but getting there.
