Actually laughed! Weight of course fluctuate during the day due to water or food intake ! The leaner you get the harder it is for you to lose weight.. Meal timing is irrelevant and does not have any effect on your body composition!! Eat whenever you wish even if it's right before you sleep! Of Course as long as it meets your caloric and macronutrients goals!

Totally disagree with you. The reason she still got fat and not 'toned' (hate to use that word but i mean low body fat) is she prolly dropped her calories way to low and didn't know how to diet correctly..
