I'm barely getting 2000 steps in a day but as I'm only eating around 1200 calories, I'm dropping weight.

The way my weight loss works is that I hover, I have a BIG drop, then a small gain. Repeat. It's frustrating, but over the long term, the weight is dropping. I find that weighing every day and writing it down, and then looking at the 10-day trend is most helpful. I use this template:…

I'm the same! I'm back on here after a huge weight gain, starting tracking 3/14 (230.2) and today (5/16) I'm 212.4! I feel like being stuck at home has given me the time to re-focus, and counting my calories has given me a sense of control in this out-of-control situation.

I'm trying to reach 199 by my birthday (July 22).

Today I squeezed back into my size 14 jeans. Last year at this time I was in an 18, and when I re-started myfitnesspal in early March I was a 16. I think I'm really back on the wagon.

That's my gut situation too. I've got a tummy tuck on my bucket list ;)

You can add me! I'm eating around 1200. I'm at 215lbs right now, trying to get to 150. Shooting for under 200 by my 40th birthday (July 22).

5 years ago I lost 90lbs in a year by weighing, measuring and counting everything. I thought "hey, I'm pretty good at this, I can just estimate from now on!" Yeah, so I gained 50 lbs back and now have to work that much harder to get back to where I was, never mind getting to my goal! So please don't do it, just stick with…

This time around? My mom died.

Wake up, pee, weigh yourself naked, then have some breakfast. That's the routine that works for me.

I'm turning 40 in July. Five years ago I lost 90 lbs, but between the election, my husband losing is job twice, and my mom dying of cancer I gained 50 lbs back. I'm back on the wagon now.

I have cheat days, but it needs to be done carefully so as not to become a binge day or a cheat week and a give-up-altogether.

Hey all. I'm 39 years old, married mother of two. 4 years ago I managed to lose 90lbs after being fat all my life, and since then I've gained ~50 back. I feel like crap, and I'm just done done done being fat. When I turn 40 (7.22.20), I'd like to weight 150 lbs. Today I weight 233.

Four years ago I lost 90lbs and now I've gained 50 back. What can you do but try again?

I lost 90 and gained back 40. I hope this is the year I can beat this thing.

I used this website to consistently log my calories and I lost 90 lbs. Then I stopped and gained 40 back. This site works for me and walking away from it does not. I will say that trying to hit 10k steps a day, and/or running 30 minutes 3 times a week helps, but only in that it helps me eat a little more. It's more about…

I eat really small breakfast and lunch so that by the time dinner rolls around I've got 700 or so calories left. That usually leaves me a little bit for snacks after dinner.
-
I eat whatever I want, as long as it fits. I have learned though that if I don't want to go to bed hungry, I've got to treat myself occasionally and not every day. High calorie stuff doesn't fill me up like veggies do.
-
My three breakfast choices that I have on rotation are: 1. egg whites with cheddar 2. bagel thin with butter, banana with chocolate PB2 3. Smoothie - Cashew milk, PB2, banana, frozen strawberries, ice Works for me!
-
You can get close. Don't beat yourself up if you don't get all the way there. Remember, those kids just want photos of Mom, no matter what you look like.

I've eliminated so much, I might curl up and die without my vanilla coke zero. And I lost a ton of weight while still drinking it.

When I first started, my a-ha moment was when my toddler called me ugly. My restart is the realization my 20 year high school reunion is this November and I'll be damned if I show up fat as hell!
-
I lost 90lbs in a year and a half. Started out at 5lbs a month, then it slowed, then it stopped. I'm back to try again, having regained 40. No matter how slow you go, don't give up. That was my mistake.

I few years ago I lost 90 pounds and then stopped logging my calories. Since the election, I've gained back 45 pounds! Not cool! But I did it once, I can do it again. So can you.
-
I lost 90lbs and then stopped using the site...and gained 40lbs back. I don't think I'm ever going to be able to leave again!

About 40 lbs and a year wearing Crocs!
-
Smaller breakfasts, switched from peanutbutter to PB2, walking for 30 minutes to music, started logging food.
-
I lost 90 and then regained 35. All we can do is keep trying. We did it once before, we can do it again.
-
I lost 90 pounds my first year, and since then I've gained back 30. Back here to try again to get all the way to 125 gone.
