make sure all exercises are closed kinetic (feet planted ) - no leg extensions!!!

best thing is to just use any tracker for your steps and give you an estimate of how active you have been through the day. Dont trust any other measurments that it gives you . Weight loss - CALORIE DEFECIT weight gain - CALORIE SURPLUS.
