Hi All,
I’ve been syncing with the Pacer app but I’m concerned that it’s overestimating my calories burned. Has anyone else had this experience?

I did yesterday. It appears that my steps came over as calories burned.0

Right! It does but my concern is that the calories are too high. I walked a mile at a slower pace and it said I burned 350 calories. That seems excessive0

best thing is to just use any tracker for your steps and give you an estimate of how active you have been through the day. Dont trust any other measurments that it gives you . Weight loss - CALORIE DEFECIT weight gain - CALORIE SURPLUS.1
