As a 6'1" woman its exactly the same struggle. Yes, we can eat more. But we burn a lot more. My TDEE is close to 2500 calories. It's very much the same if you were to eat 1250 cals and your TDEE is 1500 vs me eating 2250 if my TDEE is 2500. I'm still just as "calorie deprived" as you are.

I am a recovering bulemic/EDNOS and I weighed my food for about a month, teaching myself about portion sizes and what a proper serving looks like. Now I guestimate, weigh myself every day, and only start weighing my food if I've gained more than 5 lbs (I'm in maintenance but could lose another 10 lbs to be honest). I do…

I lost 50 lbs and went from a 38DD to a 36G. So for me, no. They stayed the same, but genetics plays a role in that.

I'm 6'1" 180 lbs and fit comfortably in a size 10 (US) pant. I do wear a 36G though, so I'm a bit top heavy. Usually I can wear a 10-12 dress.

I totally get it. I'm a 36G on top but a us size 10 on the bottom. Shopping is tough for me, especially for dresses. I usually just get the bigger size. Sometimes I have it taken it, but honestly my real problem is the fact that I'm 6'1", so that everything is always too short anyway. So I get the bigger size because it's…

I'm a 36G and I get my bras at Athleta. I believe the brand is moving comfort. They have cup sizes AND UNDERWIRE! It's amazing.

Id like to play! House Lannister or Targaryen please :)
-
Not really. We walk our dog together for about an hour every day and has been talking about doing some at-home exercises but we have to get our butts in gear.
-
I go outside. This happened to me yesterday. I had a bad day similar to yours, and instead of going to the kitchen I grabbed the dog and took her on a nature walk. By the time I got home it was dinner time so I ate then, and then went upstairs to clean (away from the kitchen). I had completely avoided it!

We use hummus! Love it :)

I'm 6'1". I feel the tall thing. I'm not fat, but I understand what it's like to always feel like people are looking at you (and judging!)
-
I'm 6'1" and sit around 180. At 150 you can count all of my ribs and I looked pretty unhealthy, being busty too. My goal is around 165 but I'd be happy around 175

I'm a 36G. I run every week and play volleyball. I wear sports bras from athleta and it's the best money I've ever spent. I seem to stay the same size, proportionally. I started at a 38F and now I'm "down" to a 36G haha. I know I'll be busty forever and I just deal with it.

I'm 6'1". Now that I'm older I love it, but I hated it growing up. I just had to get used to people looking at me all the time since I stand out. I even wear heels now. I can't change it, so now I own it.

I'm 6'1" and approximately 180 lbs. I wear a size 10/12 (dependent mostly on length actually) At my smallest I was 148 and wore an 8. So yeah...

I just put less cheese! I eat a lot of homemade pizza too and put twice the amount of cheese that I actually needed. There's still plenty of cheese on my pizza, but I went overboard before.
-
I feel that way too. I think its because I'm so tall. I lost 50 lbs in college and only one size. It is frustrating, but at the same time think of all the money we save!

6'1" here, maintaining around 175. Trying to get to 165 but no rush. Size 10

I stay on the highish end of normal. I'm 6'1" and 175-178 lbs at size us 10. At a bit closer to "normal" for me (148-150 lbs), you could count my ribs and I was still as us 8. Being "blessed" with 36G boobs at both sizes means I wear my weight a bit differently than most people. I just go with how I feel and how well my…

Congrats on week 5 day 3! I started C25k in april of last year having never run for more than a minute before. I am on week 13 of the C210K now! I think your strategy to focus on your run rather than speed is spot on. After I completed the C25k I was able to run a 5k in about 40 minutes (I'm not overweight though). I then…

I maintain at about 2300 a day in my daily lifestyle (I average 11-12,000 steps a day but usually dont do much after that) . But I'm not average. I'm 6'1 and 175 lb (normal BMI)

When I feel this way I'm usually dehydrated. Make sure you're drinking enough!

I'm a research scientist. We inject frogs with hcg to induce them to lay eggs. No way I'm putting that stuff in my body.

I'm 6', 175 lbs, and larger frame. MFP has me at 1810 for 1 lb/week but I'm fairly active. Fitbit usually adds 300-400 cals/day in exercise steps. I've been doing something wrong though since I'm losing slower than that but I don't mind. I feel pretty good. Hoping to eventually get down to 160. But no rush. I wear a 10…

I'm a 27 y/o female, 6' and not overweight. I weigh in between 175 and 178 lbs, so a bit on the higher side of "normal", looking to lose 10-15 lbs over a long period of time. You can add me if you'd like!

I'm 6' and a half inch :) I weigh 177ish and am hoping to get down to 160ish.

Taller people actually show weight loss slower, as we have more surface area in which to lose from. I'm a 6'1" female and didn't change one clothing size until I hit 30 lbs lost.
