My husband and I finally told ourselves to stop making excuses, pull up our dingy carpet, and put wood caps on our stairs!

Maybe it's because I'm a decent human being, but when I'm out running I barely notice the other people around. And when I do notice, it's "Wow look how many people are out exercising today, we are awesome" I'm not saying your feelings are silly, but people are so absorbed in themselves that they arent going to notice you.…

I've got a 37 inch inseam. Pants are hard.

Yes. Its huge. Especially for hummus/peanut butter

I needed this today, Sue. I too, only record lower than the low, unless it's been more than a month or two. So I've spent the last two months getting back down to that low. I'm down 2 lbs this month and while I can't see it on MFP it was a struggle and I'm proud. Only one more until I'm back to that lowest low!

I eat them back. Because I earn almost 500 cals a day. If I don´t I become ravenous. But I´m in the process of falling off the wagon, so take that as you will :)

I completed C25K after not being able to run at all. I run about 5-10k a week now!

No worries! Just try again tomorrrow

I love the 30 day shred. We're almost the same stats (I'm 6' 175 lbs) It's only 20 min a day and you could see a real difference in my arms. I also love planks (arms and core feel great)

My husband puts siracha on watermelon. I have no weird food things but do crave things at weird times. Like my TOM I want to eat nothing but chicken wings. If I ever get preggo I'm doomed :p

She's hoping to lose 195.2 lbs, not end up there.

If you run onions under cold water before cutting it cuts down on the watery eye thing

I'm 10 lbs from goal weight and to lose 1 lb a week I eat 1820. I normally though, honestly, net anywhere from 1820-2200. I'm happy with where I am now and want to put on some muscle. It's not a race for me, as long as I feel good I'm happy.

How much more weight do you want to lose? I'm a 6' 179 lb female (27y/o) and I'm finding it very very hard to lose those last 10-15 lbs. You've lost a lot of weight in a short period of time, you'll have to reevaluate your cal intake. Set to 0.5 lb/week and go from there.

I've had a lower belly pooch my whole life. Even when I was borderline underweight. That's the only thing I would change. Well, that and my boobs are ttotally two different sizes (noticeably so)

I really wanted a full fat java chip frappuchino from starbucks today, because I woke up really cranky and irritable. But instead I drank 32 oz of water. It meant that I still ate under maintenance today (my wedding anniversary) with the dinner hubby and I brought in. I'm also not having dessert (which is hard for me, I…

I'm 6' and my goal weight is 160. I've gotten down to 148 before, but you could see my ribs (I have huge boobs, so I carry more weight there)

If you could be so kind as to list your 1) 27 years old 2) 6' 3) 175 4) I run between 5 and 10K a week on average. I have a pretty active job so I usually hit 10,000 steps before I get home. I try to do pushups/plank challenges here at home. The last few weeks have been different for me, as my dog tore a ligament and I'm…

I'm pretty sure our house has more bookshelves than I have pairs of shoes that I actually wear.

At both my lightest and my heaviest (about 50 lb difference), I'm still popping out of a 38DD. I think I'm more of a 36F, but I have to go get measured and dont currently have money for new bras.

Eggs arent baby chickens. An egg is an egg. It's just a yolk sac and some proteins and some DNA. It needs to be fertilized to be a baby chicken.

I was that person. Eight years ago I lost 55 lbs and got to 145 lbs (very frail for my 6', DD chest frame). I was thin, but I was completely miserable. I only ate around other people to shut them up, and then find a way to either subtly, and quickly, find a bathroom to hurl in. I alienated my friends and family, and almost…

My maintenance levels are somewhere between 2300-3000 cals a day (if I run or not), but I'm a 6'-6'1 female at 175 lbs and 27 years old.

This entire thread is incredibly depressing. Please seek counseling (or better yet), do something for yourself and your children and leave this d*ckwad. I wish you nothing but the best

Today I went to Cook Out (a local fast food place here in NC) and got a 1400 cal meal (milkshake included). I ran 6.5km this morning, had a protein bar, and ate my meal at 3pm. It fit in my cals for today. I eat what I want, but I plan for it beforehand. I dont want to go through life depriving myself of what I want, I…

You wont get help until you open your diary so we can see how you're eating :)

I run and eat ice cream! I'm not a "clean" eater but I like to consider myself a "real" eater. I also love asian food and am trying to lose on 1850 cals/day net.

I'm 6' and 175 and lose eating 1800 a day, so it's not that. If you're just starting this heavy workout routine you may be retaining water. Make sure you drink. A LOT. I know it can be frustrating but weight loss isn't a linear thing. I would take measurements if I were you. I just spent a month eating under my cal goal…
