I'm eating 1200 calories a day in order to get some quick results, did it last year for a few months and lost 12kg. Some people told me as a guy i shouldn't do it but my health been fine and i got quick results.

Thank You, Took a while to ready that but it helps a lot! I am Doing both my cardio and weights, will try it for a few weeks and see how it goes.

ok thanks. If i was to do the bulk/cut cycle, how long should i do each for? I want to improve muscle strength and size but need to lose weight on my stomach :-(

I have tried putting my net calories up but then i don't lose any weight, been stuck on same weight for 2 weeks now :-(

I thought u was suppose to do 20 a minute. Mfp shows it being 11 calories a minute.

Nooooo i am eating more than 1200 but the net after taking away calories burnt is under 1200

Hi guys, thanks for the advice, wasn't expecting so many replies, i will stick to 1500-1800 calories and see how it goes.
