This was, hands down, the best donut I've ever eaten: peanut butter and jelly from a local place in my old hometown. It was delicious and huge. I loved it so much I took a photo.

Cookie dough while making cookies with my kids yesterday. Love that butter and sugar, mmm mmmmmm.

We go through a truly staggering amount of peanut butter in my house so it's a more economical choice for us over almond butter. They're both tasty, though.

I loooooove watermelon season! Besides eating it plain I also like to turn it into a salad with feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, and red onions. Sounds bizarre but really delicious!

I actually remember seeing a MLM thing for 'weight loss chocolate' a while ago...

Ice cream cleanse, anyone? I know it's not an oldie but it still makes me chuckle. http://www.kippysicecream.com/products/kippy-s-official-ice-cream-yoga-clense

My husband used to live on Dr Pepper and the only diet pop he's found so far that he enjoys is Coke Zero.

I'm eating more protein than usual, keeping the amount of fat the same, and cutting my carbs a bit to make way for the extra protein calories.

If you're down due to injury it might be beneficial to eat at maintenance and give your body the energy to heal. I'm currently eating at maintenance while recovering from knee surgery and while it can be frustrating to not be losing, I know it's not forever and this is just a delay on my way to my goal :) And just to…

This has been my experience too. Weighing once a week stressed me out.

I'd guess you could replace chocolate chips with cocoa nibs in recipes like cookies and muffins? I used to eat them covered in chocolate :)

If by 'healthy' you mean 'lower calorie' I think you're going to be out of luck, since peanut butter is just high in calories by nature. All that delicious fatty goodness, mmm :) I don't eat sandwiches nearly as much as I used to but I quite enjoy peanut butter and jam oatmeal. I make it with water, about 1/3 cup of oats,…

I have a Fitbit Flex and just keep it in my pocket (this is an acceptable way to use it according to the Fitbit site). I wore it on my wrist for a while but it was having issues tracking steps while pushing a stroller, which I do a lot. Had I known I was going to use it like this I would have opened for the One from the…

I like to eat it plain. You can also get packets of flavoured seaweed to eat as a snack.

Oatmeal with egg whites mixed in is one of the few things I've found that will keep me full all morning. My usual recipe is: 33g oats, 10g bran, 10g cocoa powder, cinnamon, 12g PB2, 70g egg whites, and then 1.5 tablespoons low sugar jam and 12g peanut butter mixed in when it's cooked. Sometimes I'll also add things like…

I normally don't eat them but I just had surgery and Lean Cuisines have been helpful as a backup when I don't feel like cooking. Definitely not as filling as what I'm used to, and I notice on the package it suggests pairing it with fruit or a salad to make it a full meal, which I've been doing.

Ultimate Frisbee is my sport of choice! Lots of running and an emphasis on team spirit as well as competition. Unfortunately I'm currently recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery after sustaining an injury while playing, but I am so looking forward to getting back at it a year or so from now.

You can add egg whites to your oatmeal, I do that and the only difference I notice is that the cooked oatmeal is a little gloopier and the pot is harder to clean :p

Dump a can of sardines onto a piece of toast! That is my breakfast plan for tomorrow, with some fruit. Watch out for stinky fresh breath, though.
-
I've got a batch of this in the slow cooker right now: http://www.budgetbytes.com/2011/08/not-refried-beans/ Husband and the kids are having bean-and-cheese quesadillas with raw veggies and fruits on the side and I'm having a mega taco salad and eating my tortilla as chips - another Budget Bytes recipe!…

I use my kids' little plastic bowls for things like ice cream, definitely makes me feel like I'm getting a bigger portion! Meals though, gotta eat those on a big plate or I couldn't fit all my veg on :)

I like to read cookbooks for fun and a raw vegan one suggested using romaine leaves as chips. You wouldn't miss chips at all! I tried it and it was even worse than my usual sad nachos D:
-
When I first started MFP, as an alternative to my former nightly nachos I used thinly sliced cucumbers with my usual salsa and yogurt-sriracha dip. I called it 'sad nachos.'
-
I'm another tuna and salsa fan. Lately I've been eating a can with a half a package of thawed frozen spinach, salsa, hot sauce, and red onions.

I still enjoy the taste of pretty much everything I ate before I lost weight, because I've still been eating it all along. These days I've more cut back on a lot of things because they're not currently worth it calories-wise. Like, while I stil think a Coffee Crisp tastes great, I get more chocolate bang for my calorie…

Yep, that is pretty bleak D:

..what exactly is that if it's free of everything? Is it a jar of peanut-scented air?
-
@enterdanger Thanks for the recommendation! I am new to beers that taste like things beside beer.
-
Maintenance for me! Had a lot of delicious food yesterday except for one big disappointment: my chocolate stout did NOT taste like chocolate :(

Well, everyone is different and your mileage is going to vary, but I'm 5'4" and over the past year I've gone from 162 to 129 and it's a huge difference on me. Although my stomach and thighs are still holding on to some fat that I'm working on getting rid of, they're still much smaller than they were before and I've dropped…
