cardbucfan thank you for your honesty. I will see how it goes and if I don't like it, I will return it. I am wanting something helpful not something absolutely useless. Time will tell. :)

Well, I guess I will see. I will let you guys know how I do with it.

I ordered the fitbit flex from QVC because they had it for $89 divided over four months. Pretty hard not find that appealing.

I have a very sedentary job, I am a administrative nurse that sits at a computer for 12 hour shifts :\ So I think it will motivate me to get up and move. I will be looking for friends to help keep me motivated too.

So what are you doing about your sleep?

I think that when people notice will vary on how much a person has to lose. If a 300lb person loses 10 lbs. it might not get noticed, however if someone that weighs 120 loses the same amount it is obviously more noticeable. Give it time and praise yourself!

When I need to stop eating junk food, moderation will not do it. I have to just purge my system. I recently was out of control with the office snacks, etc... I knew I had to do a purge, so I did a juice fast. After three days I had no cravings and by day five I felt amazing. After the cleanse I have remained gluten free…

Whoa! These people are ruthless. I did a 10 day green smoothie cleanse. I modified it a little and had the green smoothies twice a day and either fish or chicken with steamed veggies for 1 meal. Between meals I snacked on veggies and I added a hard boiled egg every other day for some added protein. I used the 10 day green…

Try agave nectar to sweeten, then for flavor use different extracts (Vanilla, mint, etc...) Also try some fresh cinnamon. Did you know that cinnamon naturally lowers your blood sugar too? So that will make it taste good and be good for you. I also add a little ice and protein powder and make a nice blended coffee beverage.…

Good for you for trying to stop the SODA! I would try tea. Watch the labels for the one's with caffeine and the herbal tea's which can be caffeine free. I have not had anything carbonated in 9 months and it has really helped decrease my appetite. If you want to come off of the caffeine eventually you can blend the teas and…

I initially had a lap band, when it eroded my esophagus and all the fluid was removed I gained a lot of weight back. I then had the band removed and had the VSG. I am maintaining 80 lbs lost and trying to lose the last twenty again. My initial weight loss surgery was 4 years ago, VSG was two years ago.

Thank you

You are too funny. That would be the second Christmas!

Well, I cook three eggs and eat half on day 1 and half on day two. The fat free cream cheese was two 3/4 prepackaged containers, and the Wendy's salad dressing was a leftover packet I had in the fridge. I stir the cream cheese into the eggs to make them creamier. And yes the meat was boar's head, and yes I weighed it. I…

I initially had a lap band. When the band eroded my esophagus they did a revision surgery to remove band and scar tissue, and performed a vertical sleeve gastrectomy at that time.
