Juice Cleanse??

Has anyone every done one... AND been successful?

I was weighing my options between the BluePrint Juice Cleanse & the Urban Remedy juice cleanse, but wanted to know if it was wort the money.

Please share some stories with me... were you successful? Weight loss? Cravings? Easy?

Use the search function to look for other numerous threads about this topic, and you will find the same ultimate conclusion: CLEANSES ARE NOT NECESSARY and only cleanse your wallet.

Your liver and kidney's do all the detox and cleansing that you need. Anything else is basically a scam and a waste of money.

A cleanse is absolutely and unequivocally needless. There is no need to starve your body of needed calories or nutrients in favor of some sort of juice.

Unless you like to pee a lot.

  • Whoa! These people are ruthless. I did a 10 day green smoothie cleanse. I modified it a little and had the green smoothies twice a day and either fish or chicken with steamed veggies for 1 meal. Between meals I snacked on veggies and I added a hard boiled egg every other day for some added protein. I used the 10 day green smoothie cleanse book and in 10 days I lost about 12 lbs. I didn't do it for the weight loss but more to purge my body and get rid of my carb cravings. With that it was successful! I can proudly say I have not gone back to eating wheat since then. I eat gluten free rice crackers, brown rice, quinoa, and the like. I guess the real outcome is I feel better for having done it. As for soaking my wallet it did not; and at least I found a use for my blender other than Margarita's!!!:drinker:

I don't actually know the price of pre made juices or special" juice cleanse" juices. It sounds costly. If cost is an issue you may want to consider investing in a juicer. I own a juicer and I know that I feel best when I incorporate more green juices into my diet.
