Damn, I pulled my left quad during personal training today. I'm going to take it easy for a little while and hopefully it'll be good as new soon. On a positive note, I'm starting to notice that I'm getting the whole squishy fat thing going on. I'm hoping for a big whoosh loss soon!

Well I had my second personal training session today. I was able to do more this time which felt good. She said I shouldn't be as sore after today either. Let's hope not! Have you checked out skinnytaste.com or emilybites.com? Both have lots of yummy, healthy recipes. If you don't like to cook and eat out a lot, try to always browse menus online before you go to the restaurant so you can choose a calorie-friendly option to order.
