I throw them in all sorts of stuff.......smoothies, oats, pancakes, breads, cookies.....even make ice cream with them! I almost always use in place of butter for most recipes and you can freeze them in whatever state of ripeness they're in..........just don't nuke the frozen ones left in the peel as you might set it on…

There are so many fantastic recipes out there if you do some research! Breakfast food is by far my favorite food and I still enjoy pancakes and french toast by just making some little tweaks! Experimenting can be fun! Give it a go ;)

Nope, none, nada :) I didn't originally start out thinking/choosing that lifestyle but have evolved into it. Now that I'm too old for that business......traveling is much more a passion of mine. I'm fine being a fantastic aunt! Without a doubt though, I would take on that responsibility if something happened to my brothers…

I struggle with that sometimes too. What's helped me is making more of my own foods......really looking at the labels on anything prepared........even pre-logging to make sure it's the right balance. I also weigh or measure what I eat. I think if you just do a few swap outs, you could really increase your protein intake…

There are TONS of options out there. Grab and go, night before prep, weekend prep, purchased health foods........endless possibilities! Breakfast food is my favorite! My absolute freaking most awesome look forward to meal for me every single day!!! Being prepared is key :)

I have a few jobs so I'm always on the go. Each job has a fridge so I almost always pack my food for the day. I even leave extra food at each job just in case I didn't prepare for the day properly. Makes staying on track easier. And then sometimes I just splurge :tongue:
