thank you for getting back to me , if I do beach body it is 45 min=302 calories burned aerobics low impact If I do Jillian Michaels I put in 15 min of strength training=60 calories burned. I will try upping calories and see if it makes a difference. I am 61 and stopped smoking almost a year ago, I also retired on disability so there have been a lot of changes and it all showed up as extra weight. Thank you for all the support.
