July 26th mini challenge Calories tracked and under Exercise: 2 hour/2.69 mile hike in LBL(Land Between the Lakes). Estimated calorie burn with HR monitor was 2.4k. Thanks to all those steep hills. Lol

Forgot to mention, had a non scale victory today. For the first time ever I fit in an XL shirt comfortably. I was so excited. At the end of May I wore 3XL.

Last minute I couldnt handle being over maintenance so I jumped on the bike and did 25 minutes. Put me right under maintenance but at least I wasnt over.

Wednesday weigh In: Last week: 233.4 This week: 232.6 0.8lb loss Would have liked to see a bigger loss but it was shark week (just ended yesterday) and I had a couple less than optimal days (although i stayed under goal everyday). Hopefully next week it all catches up.
