Love the positive attitude!! Congrats on the weight loss

I understand the frustration. What has been helpful for me is to remember that you will look smaller from working out (even when that smaller # doesn't show on the scale. Hang in there and keep up the exercise!

Back in the day, I would read the front of the package. I know better now and read the labels. Just because something is marketed as "healthy" doesn't mean that it actually is.

I think it should be readily available on the menu, as consumers, we have a right to know what we are putting into our bodies. Why keep it from us? (because most wouldn't order it if they knew) I have even researched prior to eating at a restaurant only to discover the nutritional information is not available online…

You can really see the difference, keep up the great work!

I don't know that its best but I take Women's One A Day multivitamin, it has everything the doc said I needed. I used to take the gummy/chewy vitamins until I realized I was consuming 50 calories and 10 grams sugar in vitamins alone.

Great work, you look great!! I have about 20 pounds left also.
I feel guilty for agreeing with you. It says "nutritional bar for women" but I munch these things down like crazy, especially the white chocolate macadamia. Don't tell anyone!
My husband does too! Don't feel bad, you are not alone :)

Most people generally burn anywhere from 400-600 calories (probably more with Plyometrics) That said, you should probably invest in a HRM to get a more accurate reading of the calories that you burn. You don't want to eat back 600 exercise calories only to find that you are eating back more than what you actually burned.

Thats very nice to hear first thing in the morning. Hope everyone has a great day!

Sounds good, I usually make sugar free jello daily so today I added a small amount of the orange jello powder to mine, kinda reminded me of a creamsicle.

The Ole Xtreme Wellness tortillas come in diff flavors, have about 71 calories and 12 grams fiber. I like to make veggie/grilled chicken wraps with them

I had this problem a few years back. I would get sick and then become worried that I was depriving my baby of nutrition so I would try to eat it back. Over the course of 9 months, I gained more weight than was desirable. I asked my OB this very same question but she never had a straight answer for me just basically told me…

I hate that I spend so much time planning my food for the day, constantly trying to find that "magical combination" of calories, carbs, fat grams, etc. I plan it out in advance looking at the bottom line, what if I ate this, what if I delete that? I could spend that time exercising and doing something healthy for myself. I…

As far as the tortilla goes, I like Ole Xtreme Wellness tortillas. They come in different flavors, run about 71 calories and 12 grams of fiber.

Try to hang in there. I weigh myself daily (bad habit) but I record it and compare from the week before. Today, I'm up 2 lbs from where I was a week ago today. I felt so proud on the holiday weekend passing on hamburgers, hotdogs, cupcakes, apple pie, ice cream, etc and sticking to my eating plan. I was looking forward to…

Thanks for sharing the recipes. I made a Ranch Veggie Dip by simply using plain greek yogurt mixed with Hidden Valley Ranch powder to taste.
-
I like the Fuze Slenderize drinks. They come in different flavors and usually run about 15 calories and 3 g sugar

I have to double check because I have found the stats on some foods to be off. For example, the calories would be correct but the fat content was left off, etc.

Congrats!

I'm the same way, it has worked so far but I'm interested to see the other responses

I'm guilty of this one, its a southern thing. :)

Lately, I have been annoyed with the phrase, "at the end of the day...." as I hear it so often. However, I must live under a rock, because I have never heard of some of the phrases listed on this thread.
