I really hate it when you say I'm out of your league, babe.

I've lost 100 in 9 months, which is about 0.37 per day. Seems that's about the standard.

Lol, well, yes, but I'm poor, so I hoard hand me downs like crazy. Unfortunately, most people give their old clothes away. With Christmas coming up we're spending all our extra cash on our kids.

I have. There's not much out there. Just the FAQ on their website.

I just added yoga that emphasizes in flexibility into my routine and it definitely made my husband and my sex life pretty other worldly.

I found the importance of scheduling with my children, i.e. nap time, meals times, etc. The same concept applies to my working out. I can only fit it in my day during nap time, so if I don't take advantage of the opportunity I'm screwed for the rest of the day. The urgency helps.

Feel free to add! I don't have a goal in mind yet, but I definitely need to lose more than 100

Chinese food makes me nauseous and gives me a headache. I'm right there with ya OP

Just my little input: I've lost about 6 inches in my waist by doing core strengthening yoga, along with my cardio. It helps me to build core strength as well, assisting with my posture, balance, and back pain. But I store most of my fat in my belly, so I'm bound to lose a lot there first lol

I love the Think Thin bars. I found them in the gluten free section and they have no sugar in them, which I have a hard time controlling. And the peanut butter ones taste like how I remember Fast Breaks tasted, although haven't had a candy bar in 2 months lol
