Perfect snack for me is Trader Joe's Ginger Snaps. Six cookies are 140 calories. They curb my sweet tooth!!! You can dip them in low-Greek yogurt and it tastes like a cheesecake! Well, kinda! :happy:

I love to make a breakfast shake with it. I use chocolate whey protein, a cup of frozen fruit and a half-glass of skim milk in a blender. It's like cheating! I usually drink it before I go to a boot camp/workout.

Hello everyone! I'm rejoining MyFitnessPal (I have fallen off the wagon a few times) but I'm on Day 6 and hope to increase that number by being diligent about counting calories and exercising. These forums are really interesting, so I will be visiting even more. It's great to see so much support and motivation on this site.
