Hello, I have noticed some great progress from the group. that's totally awesome. I have lost 1 pound, although I hoped to lose 3 by now. My eating habits have been quite challenging. However, I do not feel despair for we have two more weeks. Keep up the good work ladies:)

Hello All, I am still 200lbs, but I am still hopeful. Part of me wants to blame my menstrual cycle, lol. I burned 1300 calories last week, and hope to burn 2000 calories this week. My eating habits were not the best last week, but I hope that all changes this week.

i count it as water because its sugar free in my case. I drink green tea with no sugar or milk.

a good rule of thumb is to avoid chemicals. I have trouble drinking water, so I add fresh lemon to give it some zip. I also make a sugar free ice tea, and it just consist of green tea leafs, lemon, and of course water. You can use any tea bag you want.

i use Bodylogix. it has a great taste and it only has 1gram of sugar. one scoop is 117calories and has 20grams of protein. Taste is really important to me too. I usually add a banana and some soy for thickness and extra flavour.

i think pop is bad because its all chemical. it cannot be good for your body. maybe try to limit your intake to once a week and drink plenty of water and herbal tea.

exercise, exercise, exercise. I had my menstral cycle this week, and did not want to exercise at first, but I pushed myself. Once I started exercising, I was ok. My cramps actually decreased.

I would stay away from the pills. I drink green tea, and make large batches of tea ice with it. It ensures that I am drinking something calorie free that I can count as water. I do not count daily living activities. I only count exercises that elevate my heart rate for more than 10 minutes.

I feel like that sometimes, that is why I do not allow unhealthy foods at home. Therefore, if I feel like eating then I am stuck eating raw veggies or fruits.

I have the same problem, but nothing is wrong with me according to the sleep clinic I attended. I am hoping that exercise will help with my sleeping issues over time.

what kind of foods are you eating? weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. I do three things to give me a bit of an edge. First, I add apple cider vinegar with chilli flakes to my salads. Second, I add coconut oil to my oatmeal. Lastly, I consume vitamin B12. These three things help add weight loss for me.
