Thank goodness for this thread! I feel a little better about my secret binging. Last Sunday I ate a chocolate jam donut for breakfast that was left over from the day befores binge that included an entire pack of CC's, a jar of salsa, a choc jam donut and 1ltr of creamy soda, damn it was good. And I don't log on those days…

And what I do is do interval training for 20 mins on the elliptical and then move to either the bike or the rower for the last 10mins, and again I do interval training on those, get's more done in less time and it's better for your heart and lungs, I also use a heart rate monitor so I know how hard I'm working.

I didn't get a chance to report in yesterday. Day 6 - rest & Day 7 - 45secs & core training in 2 classes (so much for rest lol) Day 8 - 60secs (jumped ahead by mistake) & core training in class

Day 4 - 30secs & Day 5 - 40secs & Core training in the gym class

Ok doubling up, so I completed Day 2 - 20 sec & Day 3 - 30 sec today :)

As long as you're eating at least 1200 calories a day, don't worry if it's not completing the log, it's probably a bug, it should log if you eat over 1000, anything under that and you get a warning about eating too little calories and it won't log (tried and tested). It's the best thing you'll ever do for your weight loss...I started just logging for a week before I actually started dieting just to get in to the habit, and found myself cutting down my calories before my "official" start date, and each week added a different exercise based on what I could handle.
