  • I'm always worried on Friday's because I kinda treat myself to a movie and eat snacks then Saturday and Sunday I lose my structure. I just have to push through all the bad habits to learn healthy ones.

  • I feel the same way! Being able to see the calories and what I'm eating is making a big difference for me. I've learned that even when I think I'm eating healthy or not that much I am. I hope to stick it out and see what I can do.
