This also started to happen to me. I reckon the people above who state lack of protein are most likely correct as with me it started when i became vegetarian. I've had to make sure i get enough protein from other sources.

It helps me..... sometimes i find it easy to mistake thirst for hunger so when i feel hungry (and know i shouldn't) i have a big glass of water and in about 10 minutes the hunger has usually gone1

Dont beat yourself up about it.... if you weigh yourself at different times of the day your weight can fluctuate more than that anyway.

Drink a big glass of water......wait 20 minutes and then if you still really want it then dont deprive yourself. Usually when i do this i dont even want what im craving after 20 minutes.

Im in.Ive just found out about this programme and think its great! I'll be starting on Sunday too and doing the three workouts on sundays wednesdays and fridays! I used to loooove chocolate cake and muffins and icecream and when i started this i thought "yey i can still eat them as long as im within my calories" (which is also 1200) but then (like others have said) i quickly realised that if i have that chocolate cake/icecream then i wont have many calories left for my lunch or…

How did you make sure you got the correct shoes for your running style? If i go into any good running store and explain my knees etc will they be able to instantly know which shoes i should get?

Thank you so much! I never knew there was a reason for my pointy inward knees and its great to know that this shouldnt actually stop me from running well! Im going to get fitted with some good supportive running shoes.

Thank you so much vxxtoria-That must be why i can always run even less on pavements! That makes sense. Just checked out that couch to 5k website and it looks great! Im going to do the schedule mapped out and hopefully i'll be able to come on here and say i did it!

Same! I have 29llbs i want to lose and for every 4llbs i just seem to put 3llbs back on...... Im not giving up though and know it can be done...its just harder work! I have to get into the habit of knowing that i cant even have one treat day because if i do i'll never get anywhere!
