Some of the best reviews I have read are actually on OXY Elite pro by USP labs. I am ordering some this week. It has 4 and 5 star reviews on every website you can buy it from.

On a message board if the post is not bumped per se or replied to as you just did then it continues to fade away into oblivion on the bottom of the message boards. Then anyone that signs on in a couple hours cant see it. So the more replies you get the longer your post can be seen by everyone. =0)

You could actually speak to an acupuncturist and see what they have to say. The spots I am telling you about are the ones used by them on a regular basis. Maybe they can help you with a more permanent fix with it, but this way is cheaper. Just a thought though. Cheers!

Where I train at that is really all we do. I burn on average 600-800 calories an hour doing these. THEY ROCK!! Keep changing it up and always include lunges and squats in your tabatas. That is the easiest way to change the look of your body. Get some kettle bells in there also. Good luck!!! Keep killing it!
