I have been on here almost 6 months, but after a holiday and being sick I have been absent for a few weeks. So feel free to add me cause I can use some motivation lol so we can motivate each other :)

I track everyday. I find weekends hard so ussually will just note it on my phone and then put it all in on the Monday. It may not be 100% accurate cause often it's food I am eating out, but it's still helpful to track as it gives me a rough idea and I usually find even tho I am careful, I am eating to much.

Maybe try something like dry biscuits, crackers or like salada's (big square cracker things) and then put tuppoings on. ussually I just put some cream cheese with salmon, tuna, turkey or ham but you can also add some salad toppings as well.

Thank you so much. I keep hearing people mention TDEE but wasn't sure what it was or how to figure it out. So does that mean even if I go over my fitness pal calories, im alright as lomg as i stayy in my TDEE. Cause fitness pal says 1300 but I find that really difficult! Thanks

Hi, I was having the same issue and asked my doctor. he told me that once you are doing a certain excercise for awhile, your body stops burning a smuch during that activity. he suggested I try and mix things up and do different things where possible. Otherwise just try lowering a certain food group and see if that helps.…

Yes I have done the same, I look at my carbs, sodium, fat and overall calories. I pay no attention to my sugar and sometimes I even ignore my protein as well. If most of your sugar comes from fruit than I wouldnt be too concerned. Those are natural sugars, it is the processed sugars that you need to be concerned with. I have the same problem, I drink two glasses of milk and bam I am over. Maybe try looking at where your sugar comes from and try and find products that are the same food but have lower sugar, or substitute foods with lower sugar. You can also try sugar substitutes for if you put like sugar in your coffee for example.…

As long as your not pigging out too much then taking breaks is ok. After all your body isn't a machine, it does need a few breaks. Maybe try abb exercises like Pilates. It isn't as effective as running or stuff, but can still help you loose weight as it works your stomach muscles and sit ups do help you loose fat. I know when I started doing a 1 hour Pilates class a week I was slowly loosing weight. It's not much fun but it's something :)
