My BMI isnt much higher than yours right now at my highest weight. Right now I have a BMI of 23.2. I think it's a little different when it comes to losing weight when you already have a healthy BMI. And I don't eat things like Cheetos...

Finally someone who agrees!

I don't know what's going on then ugh. Just can't seem to get those 15-20 pounds off. I guess just need to suck it up. The day after my 32nd birthday I actually had an ACL repair done on my knee and had been off my feet for about a month before the surgery and quite limited for about 6 months after the surgery. I lost a…

The reason I thought it would make more of a difference if someone is more overweight is because the last 10-15 pounds are known as being more difficult to lose..
-
I don't know what is happening then ! Lol
-
Nope, I'm 20 pounds heavier
-
These are me now at 33 and about 20 pounds heavier
-
Oops that didn't post correctly. These are me in my 20's
-
Those of you saying that it's no more difficult in your 30's, were you quite overweight? According to my BMI I am not overweight now nor was I ever in my 20's. Just finding it more difficult to stay at the lowere end of healthy Bmi in my 30's. Maybe we just aren't meant to be as thin in our 30's? Or could we be putting on…

My goal is to lose 10 pound by July 1st. I'd eventually like to lose 15 and get down to 135 but for now my goal is 140 ( currently 148-150 and I'm 5"7). So please feel free to add me! I'd like the support as well! It's a hard journey to go it alone.

Ugggg I can see now after reading these comments that I just need to suck it up . I just don't feel like I'm overeating so it's sooo hard to make any cuts
-
Guess I just need to face the music and cut the calories.
-
Pos possibly but I really don't think so. I recall eating a lotttt of pizza and drinking a lot of beer haha
-
Hmm yeah you could be right about the change in lifestyle. I am a nurse so still on my feet a lot but I think in my 20's I was even more so. I used to walk everywhere as I didn't have a car.

Not making up excuses. I'm grinding away at the gym 6 days a week and seeing no results. I haven't missed a day in over a year and a half but haven't lost a pound. I'm just comparing that directly to how I was in my 20's and I'd casually go to the gym once or twice a week and lose weight while eating whatever I wanted.…

This sounds like me. In my 20's id just exercise a couple times a week and eat pizza like every day and still lose weight ahah
-
It's those darn last 15 pounds !!
-
Hmmm you could very well be right here
-
It's so frustrating!
-
Some awesome transformations here! Please keep posting updates as you progress!
-
Sounds like we are both currently the same weight with the same goal weight. I'll add you!

Good job everyone! You all look great! I really hope I can reach my goal as well!
-
Awesome job! Would love to see the before pics too! You look great , good luck with reaching your goal!! It's so tough when you are down to that last bit
-
I wonder if just adding an extra spin class would help? I was thinking of maybe doubling up one day a week
-
I definitely like this! Do you log everything? How often are you eating pizza? I would be willing to sacrifice a lot to keep my pizza and alcoholic beverages!

I don't have a personal trainer but I have joined a women's weight lifting group on Sunday's. It's a group of about 8 ladies and run by an excellent trainer. I've revamped my training a little recently and it now looks kind of like this: Monday - kettlebell class Tuesday- ballet barre/pilates or spinning Wednesday - off…

Sounds like you get where I'm coming from. It's definitely the experience that I enjoy and that sensation of unwinding at the end of the week. I will try your idea of eating before we go to the pub next weekend. Maybe then I could just enjoy a couple beer without all the fatty food. It's still wouldn't be perfect but would…

Is there any amount of exercise that you guys think would allow me to continue my habits and still lose about 0.75 lbs a week?
-
I like this plan
-
Yes it definitely makes it difficult that my husband does not have the same goals. Do you have any tasty weekend meal ideas?
