  • Yes, eating around 1800-2000, when my weight starts creeping up I go only as low as 1400
  • Thanks Jester:-) sounds like I just need to stick with it, and I think my problem with calories in out was I was trying to eat unhealthy things thinking it would work into my daily eating numbers, but it just doesn't, need to eat more fruit veg to get back on track
  • Thanks so much, I know I just need to commit to it, it's definately not worth slipping up another day, 1200 sounds like a good starting point for me, maintenance is going to be awhile away unfortunately.   • Don't feel sad, pregnancy weight is the best kind to lose! Just think about your goals and start a diary or just use this one to log your foods, hope it gets easier.
