Yup. :( For me, it's really any kind of chips or cheese curls, but ESPECIALLY Salt & Vinegar chips. Chips are the worst, too, because a serving is like 12!

LOL that it censored ****ens. Testing, testing, "Charles ****ens." Edit: Yup!
-
Haha, me too! Last is hips and belly. Especially lower belly, sigh.

Yeah, I'm not tracking my calories right now because I'm taking three grad classes and working and I just can't seem to make myself do it BUT I've been doing this intermittently for a year and even when I'm not "tracking," I still make sure I eat reasonably and get the same amount of exercise (which I wasn't tracking…

My fairly new 16Ws are gaping at the waist and I just washed them!
-
LOL good job. :)

Congratulations! Great work! I think I finally reached the point where I feel safe saying I'm in "onederland" too since my range looks to be 196-199, and it's a terrific feeling! High fives!

Next time, those mofos get the finger. Got it? They would yell something no matter what. Perfect illustration: one time I was walking with a friend in high school (we were a size 12 and a size 4 respectively) and some doofus yelled out his car that "You eat too much and you don't eat enough!"

Okay, you look amazing and your arms and shoulders are super swoon-worthy, but I just have to say that the pictures with your daughter were adorable!!

You should definitely see your doctor ASAP! It is possible you have an undiagnosed health condition that your doctor will be able to assist you with.

I think what I'm beginning to realize is that people who push food/alcohol/smokes or whatever on you when you're not doing their thing anymore probably are worried or feeling like you are judging them for living their life the way they live it. Only you're not! You're just trying to live a better life! I am practicing, but…

This, so much.

Apparently, I went from a 40DD to a 38DDD, but my boobs look way smaller to me! I totally don't get bra sizing at ALL.
-
Are you confusing me with another person? That MAN comment was someone else. Also, I'm married.

Can I be an angry granny type? I would like this very much. Especially if I get a cane.

LOL! I might as well just say I'm a misandrist because that seems to be what feminist equates to in these parts. And oh yeah, it would actually be expected for you to make a negative comment about my pictures because we're on MFP. I mean, I wouldn't like it, but it would be in the realm of possibilities because I'm here…

I want to go back in time and crack an egg on his head!
-
That is a compliment I'd be proud to receive!
-
LOL.
-
Yes, this exactly! Thank you.
-
Because this is a fitness forum, and I'm here for that purpose. To discuss my body and weight loss issues with people. I guess this is why I am still a feminist.
-
If you can afford it, you might find it helpful to go to a nutritionist and discuss healthy eating. I am worried, reading your post, that you're teetering into the realm of ED.

Hmm, I don't think there is any winning here. I mean, for me, I DO care about my niece, especially, not getting the idea that she should be judged on her look alone, especially because that is a message my sister and I internalized and we both ended up with eating disorders as a result. So yes, I am invested in her…

But if I DID have children, it would be a teaching moment? I still don't think it's ok to comment on other people's bodies. Not sure why your perception of my desire to not have my body scrutinized by someone not even in my immediate family in front of my alleged children (who don't exist, per se) was so offensive, I…
-
Hmm, maybe I wasn't clear. I don't have children. They're my nephews and niece, and I was in her father's house, so I really didn't feel in a position to say anything about what should and should not be said.

I feel like I tell everyone about budgetbytes, but I'm going to share again because that site is amazing! She is really good at creating recipes that cost not lots.
-
I hate them, too! For me, it always means that the other person is paying WAY too much attention to another person's body. And honestly, they are always weirdly mean. Last Xmas, maybe 10 or 15lbs down and in front of children (therefore displaying to them that commenting on women's bodies is all fine and dandy, argh), my…

The only way I have been able to keep this up is by sllloooooowly improving my good habits. If I am not changing too much, I don't get into "punishment and reward" mode, which is what happens when I restrict/exercise too much. So I started out by just taking long walks (used to mean a mile, now it means 2.5-3.5, which…

Maybe try working with what you're eating already to change it up? Like if you're eating an energy bar at 4 that's 200 calories, eat an apple instead? Or oatmeal with milk and a tsp of honey for breakfast, or nonfat yogurt instead of plain? I find that I tend to go over in the middle of the day because I'm running all over…
