  • Adding these to my store list- thanks for recommending them!
  • I went on a cruise in 2008. I wasn't dieting at the time so I never watched what I was eating but I actually lost a couple of pounds. I think it had to do with the insane amount of walking we did at the airports and on that giant ship and while we were in port. I am not sure what line you will be cruising on but we did…
  • I just got one the other day and I am not sure why I waited so long. It's so nice to know that my serving sizes are completely accurate!
  • I would. I have found that MFP WAY overestimates on calories burned. I wear a Bodybugg and I am always under what MFP says for my calorie burn.

  • Oikos Pure Pleasure with caramel on the bottom- YUM!
  • That does seem a little high to me too. I have a pretty fast resting heart rate normally and my hr was 175 the first time I used the elliptical but it has since slowed down.
  • I was an average sized kid and teenager and never struggled with my weight. I got married when I was 18 and weighed about 125 lbs. I put on 40 lbs. during the first 2 years of marriage because we ate like crap- tons of restaurant food. I got pregnant and packed on 75 lbs. during my first pregnancy. I didn't have a CLUE…
  • Kettering too!

  • I logged my cleaning yesterday. I cleaned like a crazy woman and burned like 900 calories according to my Bodybugg. :noway: I never log grocery shopping but my Bodybugg says I burned 1,000 calories in the 3 hours I was out shopping today.
  • I have been using my Bodybugg since 5/20...LOVE it. I don't like their food database but I still log my foods for the day. I just do a generic add at the end of the day and combine everything from MFP into one big meal just so I can see my calorie deficit.
  • I had been weighing in daily, then it would be every few days, and then I went a decent amount of time without weighing myself and then got to see a BIG loss. I seem to do better seeing a larger number instead of daily fluctuations. My last weigh-in was Sunday morning and I am hoping to go at least 2 weeks without stepping…
  • I had a BIG cheat meal the other night on my birthday. We went to Cheesecake Factory. I still logged it because I log everything. I did eat light leading up to dinner but that's it. I don't work out on Tuesdays so I didn't make a point of going to the gym. That day was my highest calorie day since starting in…
  • I usually eat the same thing for breakfast and dinner. I tend to have the same thing for lunch for a few days and then change it to a new item for the next few days. It's working for me and I am not bored with it since what I am eating is super tasty.
  • 2000? :noway: I set my activity level to sedentary and MFP gave me roughly 1500 calories per day. I am going to do it though because what I am doing now obviously isn't working. I eat pretty much the same thing everyday. Breakfast is a Fiber One plus antioxidant bar, lunch is sometimes an egg sandwich with a baked potato…
  • I would go back to doing what works for you. I am about the same weight as you and I very rarely ever eat my exercise calories back. I figure I have a LONG way to go before I need to worry about starvation mode.
  • I want Irene to win it all! I am in the minority here but I can't stand either of the sisters.
  • This is one of my biggest fears. Well, along with completely falling off the wagon! I have lost 38 lbs. since January. I have A LOT of weight to lose and could have lost a lot more but I am hoping that losing it slower will help with the loose skin issue. Slow and steady wins the race!! Good luck!
  • I really like the flavors. I have a really hard time drinking plain water but adding just a squirt has helped me reach my water intake goal per day!
  • Definitely discuss it with your Dr, but I have had 5 kids and was morbidly obese during most of my pregnancy's. I had no problems getting pregnant (took less than 2 months TTC each time), no health issues (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc), and all were vaginal births. My biggest baby was 8lbs 6oz (first pregnancy when I…
  • I wear an H cup and my stomach is HUGE. Having 5 kids and gaining 200 lbs. in 10 years hasn't done me ANY favors to my mid-section.
  • Fast food, pizza, brownies, and mozzarella sticks.
  • The depo shot is THE devil! I took it when I was younger and had zero problems so I decided to go on it again. Had my first shot in October, second one in January. I started bleeding on March 1 and I am STILL BLEEDING. It was like a heavy, awful period all of March and like the first week of April. It's just light spotting…
