How many times do you weight-in? Once a week? A few times a week ? Once a month?

Every day for me. I can psychologically handle the daily fluctuations without freaking out that I gained 2 pounds in one day. It has been fascinating to see what eating different foods does to the body's weight on a daily basis.0

I usually pick one day a week to do weigh in and measurements. I do not like doing it daily because unless you are prepared for the daily fluctuation it can be very frustrating.0

I weigh in once a week, on sunday morning.0

I do it on monday mornings. I can't handle to daily fluctuation yet :blushing:0
-
I weigh myself each day - I am able to handle the "fluctuation anxiety", but I only record my weight here at MFP 0nce each week.0

I weigh in every morning, just staying aware that my weight fluctuates, but only record one day.0

Monday mornings ... somewhere after getting up and before breakfast
Measuring of the jiggly bits is a 1st of the month task!
I do sneaky weigh ins mid week and Sat morning but I dont log them and they're just coz my scales are there!0 -
I always say I'm going to weigh in once a week, but curiosity always gets the better of me  it ends up being almost every day, in the morning.0

Daily. After bathroom duties. Naked.
It used to drive me crazy to do this but now I use it simply as feedback.0 -
I usually weigh everyday just to see how what I am eating effects me but only record it every 4-7 days. This week though, since I am within 1lb of my goal, I've been recording whenever I see a drop. I know it's silly but I can't wait since I am so close. Oncly .2lbs left!0

Thursday as thats the day I started MFP and I try to stick to once a week but often hear the scales calling!!!0

I jump on the scale every morning but i started on here on a Tuesday so i try to to the official weigh in every Tuesday. I am skipping this week though. TOM is playing with the scale.0

Once a week either Friday or Saturday mornings!
I am generally on the go all weekend so if I wait until Monday it's not usually good! lol0 -
Every morning after I pee.0

I had been weighing in daily, then it would be every few days, and then I went a decent amount of time without weighing myself and then got to see a BIG loss. I seem to do better seeing a larger number instead of daily fluctuations. My last weigh-in was Sunday morning and I am hoping to go at least 2 weeks without stepping on the scale. I would REALLY like to go a whole month but I am not sure I can do that just yet.0

I record my weight on Sunday mornings, but I have a bit of scale anxiety and weigh myself most mornings. I don't know why I keep doing it - I don't like the fluctuations and I'm not yet well enough adjusted to cope with them!!0

Me too PattyCake. I'm trying to resist to urge to climb up on the scale but I always do around friday. Hoping to have shed a few pounds or even 1. I should totally resist because I'm gaining weight instead of losing it. :blushing:0

I used to weigh in once a week because I wasnt loosing. But now that I am loosing weight and increased my excerise I weigh myselft monday, wednesday, and friday.0

Every day, right out of bed after hitting the bathroom. Our weights can vary so much during the course of a day or even week that it's better to take a weekly average and be able to watch trends. I have a small dry erase calendar that I use to write down supplements, vitamins, workouts and weight daily. It's much easier to see a general down or up trend than a single day.0

I weigh at home sometimes several times a day, but my official weigh in is on Curves scale on Monday mornings which I record every week. The scale at Curves is actually around 2 pounds lighter than my scale at home, so it's a good feeling to see more of a loss or not so much of a gain when I officially weigh in. Pretty much obsessed by my scale, but don't let it bother me one way or the other.0

I also weigh in everyday. I do know the body can change by 4 lbs at any given time, but seeing where I am everyday keeps me in line a bit better.....

I used to weigh myself every morning, but it became very frustrating for me. I changed it to once a week (every Friday morning) and I've started taking measurements so that I can see more detailed progress.0

I officially weigh in once a week. I just got use to doing it that way from when I was doing weight watchers. Every now and again I will get on the scale and sneak a peak, but I only record once a week.0
