Ugh Me too, It's eat fast or don't eat at all in our house. I've gotten to the point where I am so tired of being bloated and overstuffed from eating too much to fast that I don't even care anymore. I fill my plate to what I think I can eat and let everyone else fight for seconds.

Yes! I HATED gym class and I never realized how much it actually helped me stay the weight I was(at least until I started bc) and I would never want to go back because I did not like the people I dealt with,but if I could get myself that active again it would be a godsend!

I definitely agree with having her help you cook, so she'll be able to do so for her self when she's older and then she can be involved so she knows what goes in it. Do you know why she doesn't like the meals you make? Maybe there's something you could do differently.

Since you know that you tend to eat late maybe set aside a pre-made snack that you usually eat with a single serving size. Then you know the calories that will be there and you can build that into your day either working around other snacks or extra exercise. I wouldn't suggest cutting out any full meals though. I'd…

Failure is a harsh word to use. It's not like I'm going to break into a million peices if I don't reach that goal. For about 2 years now I've cut ff and soda out altogether and at first it did help lose weight, after a while of course not as much, but I still feel better without. If it ever comes to a point where we eat ff then I try to keep with in at least my calories as much as possible, or at least a more macro conscious meal later.
