Green Tea has lots of health benefits and raises your metabolism. I drink it daily. I like to drink hot green tea. I don't add anything to it.

When you add spinach to a fruit smoothy, you do not taste the spinach but you get the nutritional benefit. You can also add Kale or any other leafy green.

I can lose drinking it but I found that I was more hungry when drinking diet soda rather than just drinking water. Also diet soda has sodium which can cause water retention.

I watched it and did a juice fast for 3 days. After that, I was starving and ate everything in site and gained all of the weight back. Now I will still juice and add that to my diet by I will never go on a fast again, it was not worth it.

I love the elliptical machine. Low Impact and you burn way more calories than a treadmill.

Today I did one set of this with 1 hour of Jazzercise, 40 minutes eliptical, and a 30 minute Jillian Michaels total body makeover video. My moto for the next 50 days is NOW (No Opportunity Wasted)!!!

Oh and one more thing. Beware of juicing a japaleno. I like hot stuff and it was fine going down but then my entire face up to my eyes was on fire and my nose would not stop running, lol.

When I juice, i use tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, carrots, and celery together. I absolutely hate juicing red cabbage. Did it once and will never do that again.

I am not going to comment on the # of calories you are eating b/c everyone else has but I feel like drinking more water helps to curb my appetite and I find that drinkiing diet sodas increases my appetite... not sure if you drink those but its a thought. Also exercise can cause more of an appetite.

Tonight I had a vegetable stir fry with chicken. I got the Krogers frozen mixed veggies (2 cups), used some non-stick spray, a tiny bit of grape sead oil. I cooked the veggies and chicken seperate until the chicken was finished then I mixed it together and added lots of hot spices. 258 calories. Yummy!!!

Me too. Chocolate and Ice Cream is my biggest weakness. I would rather have desert than the meal, lol. It gets easier every day. : )

Over the next 50 days, this is my plan: 1. Exercising at least 1 hour per day, 6 days a week. 2. Stick to my calorie daily calorie goal. 3. Eat more fruits and veggies. 4. Drink at least 10 glasses of water per day.
