Edy's Ice Cream sells individual "mini" cartons of ice cream that are one serving each (not the pints, but even smaller). and each one is around 150-190 calories. totally hits the spot for an ice cream craving. =) Good luck!

I just had spaghetti squash last night and I use a food scale to weigh my food. For a medium/large sized spaghetti squash, I was able to scrape 8oz out of one half. So about 2 cups of cooked "noodles" per squash. (or close to) =)
