that is the only part of my body i dislike i have a wobbly lower stomach to this ive been told is the hardest area to tone and the key to it is your diet xx

this is one thing that really puzzles me i eat all the cals im meant to about 1600 but i train each day and burn between 300 to 500 cals i norm just have an extra apple or something xx

i sometimes have an extra bit of fruit but dont eat all my exercise cals x
