my goal is to achieve a nice toned body (want a nice flat tummy) and to look nice and tonned every where else my plan is 3 weight sessions a week cardio after my weight session 15 to 30 mins depending on time i have 3 spin classes a week - 45 mins each abs work (weighted hula hoop/sit ups/leg raises/planks) not sure how…
